Service
Canada Minute Book, operated by Corp USA, prepares document templates from information you provide. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. No solicitor-client relationship is created.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for reviewing the documents before signing, and for any filings with government registries. Lawyer review is recommended.
Price and payment
The price is CA$89 per corporation, charged once through our checkout at corpusa.net. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Refunds
Because each book is prepared for your corporation, refunds are available before the PDF is generated. If there is an error in our preparation, we will correct and resend the book at no charge.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.
